At Tutor Me Education, we are revolutionizing the way students learn, and we're seeking passionate teachers and tutors with special education experience to provide 1:1 in-home tutoring in Murietta, CA ! About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Murietta, CA

Details:

• In-Person Tutoring in Murietta, CA
• Schedule: 4 sessions a week, 1 hour each; possible availability on weekends
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Focus Area: Foundational ELA and Math

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background and experience in ABA therapy and applied behavior analysis principles.
• Special Education credential or teaching experience working with moderate-to-severe disabilities preferred.
• Experience working with non-verbal students and AAC devices highly desirable.
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable teaching style.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and therapy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction aligned with the student’s IEP goals and therapeutic supports.
• Implement ABA techniques to promote positive learning behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Track progress and adjust teaching strategies based on the student’s needs and responses.
• Maintain clear communication with the family and therapy team to ensure consistent approaches.
• Create a patient, structured, and encouraging learning environment that supports the student’s unique needs.
