The Partnership Program Office (PPO) is responsible for managing Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Commercial Engines' risk-and-revenue-sharing partners (Partners).

The Associate Director, Partnership Programs, will be responsible for managing P&W's Partner agreements and relationships with one or more partners and will report to the Executive Director, Partnerships.

What You Will Do:

1. Negotiating Partner agreements and managing the execution of these.
2. Preparing business models / financial analyses.
3. Negotiating and managing part valuations.
4. Drafting contracts /legal letters.
5. Collaborating with other Pratt & Whitney departments to negotiate and manage other related contracts.
6. Managing critical part deliveries and industrialization efforts.
7. Being partner liaison at P&W for any partner related issue.
8. Leading the resolution of any disputes that arise between P&W and Partners.
9. Reporting status updates to Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney management.
10. Preparing presentations and coordinating senior executive meetings/calls.
11. Participating in process improvement initiatives.
12. International travel up to 25% - 50%

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience to include prior financial modeling experience, negotiation skills, leading with influence; Or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience as listed above.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of delivering presentation to all levels of leadership within Pratt & Whitney and customer organizations.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills

This role is:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
