Our well-established, five-attorney firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in estate law to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, supportive, and client-focused environment.

*About the Role*

The Attorney will work on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including:

* Meeting with clients to advise on estate planning strategies and tax implications.
* Drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
* Handling probate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
* Managing cases using our electronic client database.
* Participating in legal research, problem-solving, and occasional cross-training in business law.

We offer training and mentorship with a path to autonomy while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

*Qualifications*

* J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Active member of the Oregon State Bar (required).
* Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
