Your Role: Own the Challenge We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and visionary leader to drive growth and secure market leadership for the Energy Distribution NEMA Enclosures business. You will lead the journey toward a safer, smarter, and sustainable world through cutting-edge technologies and strong customer relationships.
As the Business Manager, you will be accountable for P&L, portfolio, operations, and go-to-market strategy. You will foster a culture of simplicity, accountability, and speed, creating an environment where employees act with transparency, integrity, and collaboration to make a meaningful impact.
This position supports the
Smart Buildings NEMA Enclosures business line in Mexico. Preferred location:
Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico , with the possibility to work from the U.S.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full P&L accountability, reporting to the Energy Distribution NEMA Business Line Leader
- Drive business growth aligned with division strategy, ensuring simplicity and speed
- Oversee production and delivery of high-quality products and solutions
- Implement operational improvements to boost gross margin
- Ensure customer-centric and sustainability-focused operations
- Unlock ABB technology innovation for eco-friendly portfolio management
- Lead integrated approach across R&D, product management, and operations
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs
- Develop global product line strategy and ensure profitable growth
- Ensure compliance with ABB standards and share best practices
Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in industrial organizations (Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 5 years managing managers and multifunctional teams
- Proven P&L management expertise
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations
- Familiarity with U.S. commercial market
- Fluent English required; Spanish desirable
- Inclusive global leadership style, strategic mindset, and strong customer focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain (Master's preferred)
