• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues across a variety of cell phone models.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and services completed.
• Stay informed on the latest cell phone technologies and repair methods.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
