Join our outstanding team of professionals. We are looking for a Clinical Research Assistant to work as part of our research team. Responsibilities:

• Track study invoices, payments, and related documentation in Excel and research databases.
• Work with pharmaceutical sponsors to prepare and submit invoices, track payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized files and logs.
• Support subject scheduling, visit reminders, and data entry into electronic systems.
• Assist with study start-up activities, monitoring visits, and closeout activities as needed.
• Assist nurse study coordinators with day-to-day study operations and data collection.
• Prepare, process, and ship biological samples (e.g., blood, urine) according to study protocols.
• Perform or assist with basic clinical procedures such as EKGs, vital signs, and sample labeling

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biology, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tracking sheets, data management).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Phlebotomy or EKG experience preferred (training may be provided).

Job Type: Full Time or Part time

Pay: $20-$21/ hour based on qualifications and experience.
