Job Description Prepare calendar for new studies / participants Teach patients about studies / extra pair of hands – assist with studies Prepare study documents – instrumentation Will always run the meeting including planning the study, running the study, creating the paperwork, etc. In charge of getting the patients consents and questionnaires prior to them leaving the study. This job does include a lot of data entry or copying and pasting information from past studies. Will work closely with the recruitment team and investigator. Additional Skills & Qualifications Customer Service is a MUST Must be able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task - Flexible, patient, and on your feet (not a desk job) Needs to be flexible as there is always something new and their tasks can change throughout the day. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Outlook and Word Degree in a science / healthcare related field preferred but not necessary Teachable Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
