We are a fast-growing elevator manufacturing company specializing in entrances, doors, and cabs. Kohtler Elevator Industries has grown rapidly thanks to our commitment to precision and quality.
We’re now seeking a CNC / Machine Programmer to join our team full-time, on-site, and play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Program CNC/fabrication machines from engineering drawings
- Generate part listings and BOMs
- Work with engineers and shop team to ensure jobs run on time
- Troubleshoot and improve programming processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years CNC programming experience (sheet metal or fabrication preferred)
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM or CNC machine software (experience with Amada is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Fluent Spanish (English a plus)
