About the Role

We are Accentures Finance Risk Compliance (FRC) practice, and we help organizations build resilience by managing risk, meeting regulatory obligations, and driving transformation. We combine deep industry expertise with capabilities across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Data, AI, and Technology to address complex challenges for firms across multiple industries, including banks and capital markets institutions, software and platform providers, communications and media firms, and life sciences companies.

As a trusted advisor, we bring functional insight, data-powered solutions, and digital leadership to help clients adopt industry-leading practices and prepare for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise Life Sciences and/or Healthcare organizations within the compliance domains of anti-bribery corruption, foreign corrupt practices, HCP compliance, quality, and risk management, False Claims act, etc.
  • Advise the compliance functions on maturing their capabilities, including the use of technology/AI in developing use cases for execution of compliance activities
  • Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for Life Sciences and/or Healthcare organizations
  • Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first
  • Manage project teams, deliverables, and budgets across workflows
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  • Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce
  • Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience
  • Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients businesses and ours

Requirements

  • 6+ years' consulting experience from a large, competitor firm, delivering risk and compliance solutions
  • 6+ years' experience in risk and compliance within the Life Sciences industry, including thorough knowledge of anti-bribery corruption, FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), and HCP compliance
  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Big4 experience and/or industry experience with a Life Sciences organization
  • Knowledge of risk operating models, regulatory must-dos, and compliance standards
  • Understanding of compliance process design and re-engineering
  • Expertise in engagement, plus business, practice, and people development
  • Expert project management skills
  • Knowledge of front- and back-office operations
