Overview Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) AVL $250 Sign On Bonus — 1099 Independent Contractor position with a $250 sign-on bonus after 60 days of active service. Daily guarantee available: $150/day guarantee for one dedicated driver who is available and ready to work each day. Dash Courier & Logistics supports major medical facilities and other industries with same-day rush deliveries, primarily On-Demand (orders called in and delivered the same day). 24/7/365 operation; onboarding for all shifts, with preference for drivers with open availability. Responsibility Utilize your own late-model vehicle (car, SUV, minivan, small or regular cargo van, or Sprinter van) to perform independent courier deliveries. Complete on-demand, same-day deliveries, with occasional scheduled or routed work based on customer requirements. Follow client-specific instructions and meet customer requirements; ensure timely, accurate deliveries and excellent attention to detail. Be available for 8+ hours per day and maintain flexible, open availability to support 24/7 operations. Maintain professional appearance and attitude; adhere to company policies and safety guidelines; pass a third-party background check.
