About the Job

Crane operators needed, NCCCO Friction Crane Operator to operate a Link-Belt 238 (140-ton) or similar crane for multiple projects located in Boise, Idaho and Utah . This position offers the potential for long-term, permanent employment following completion of the current projects.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned cranes in accordance with all safety and operational standards.

• Perform daily and monthly maintenance and inspections of assigned equipment.

• Interpret and follow all industry-recognized hand signals and rigging practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in pile driving operations.

• Experience operating the following equipment preferred:

  • 218A Link-Belt

  • 5100 American

  • Soilmec 120 Duty Cycle

  • Hydraulic cranes (40-200 ton) including Tadano Mantis telecrawlers

  • Must have prior experience as a Friction Crane Operator.

  • NCCCO Certification required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to access all areas of a construction site and work in varying climates and environments.
