The 2026 Dancing for Our Stars (DFOS) "A Crystal Celebration" Gala will benefit the comprehensive and extraordinary care of MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children's & Women's Hospital, and feature dancers from the community who either have been personally touched by the hospital's care or wish to support the hospital's care in our community. Each dancer will partner with a professional dancer or significant other to choreograph and perform an original dance to an upbeat, popular song from their favorite era. Attendees will have an opportunity to support their favorite dancer(s) by "voting with their dollars" before and during the event as dancers vie for the coveted DFOS Champion Crystal Award. 4 shifts available:

• Reception Check-In : Check in guests as they arrive at the venue. Give them their table number, and answer any questions they may have regarding the timeline of the event.
  • Shift Time: 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Greeters : Greet guests at the lobby and entrances of the hotel and event room, and direct them inside the cocktail and inner area.
  • Shift Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Ushers : Responsible for ushering guests to their designated tables and answering any questions they may have.
  • Shift Time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Table Concierge : Each Table Concierge will be assigned a Table Concierge Lead. The Leads will oversee a specific quadrant. Your role is to help guests with collecting donation pledge forms, direct guests to payment stations, and/or help answer any questions they may have (i.e. directions to the restrooms, bar, etc.).
  • Shift Time : 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
