Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Director to implement and execute our paid advertising strategies across a variety of platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic advertising. The role also involves supporting SEO initiatives, building campaign performance reports in Google Sheets, and contributing to AI-driven automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising Implementation: Execute and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with The Picklr’s performance goals and brand standards.
  • SEO Support: Assist with SEO execution through blog creation, backlink building, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, and adapting to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • AI Integration: Dive into AI agents and automation to help streamline and improve processes across the business. Leverage AI to solve problems, improve work quality, test workflows, and integrate AI into your daily tasks.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create, manage, and update reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio to deliver actionable performance insights for all franchise locations and the executive team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, operations, and analytics teams to ensure messaging is aligned and campaign assets are optimized.
  • CRO: Help implement and monitor changes to the website to improve the user experience, improve conversion rates, publish blogs, and implement on page SEO.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on ad platform experience.
  • Experience working with local SEO and Paid media strategies as part of a multi-location business model is a plus.
  • Experience working in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign managers.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets with experience using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, QUERY) for reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • This position is a hybrid position and will need to be in office at The Picklr HQ in Kaysville, UT, 3 days a week.
