We are seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. As a Director of Rehab at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will be part of a team providing the highest quality care for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful operation of your assigned location(s), delivering rehabilitation services efficiently, and achieving optimal patient outcomes. Primary Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor. Communicate effectively with management, including other Directors and Regional Managers. Ensure clinical services adhere to evidence-based standards and regulatory compliance. Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, and care planning. Hire, orient, develop, and support staff and contract labor. Provide excellent customer service to the location team, generate reports, and develop programs suitable for the patient population. Deliver excellent customer service to clients and families.
