Position Overview
Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to lead every aspect of retail sales execution —from building sales processes to actively selling on the floor and driving multi-store expansion .
This is a working leadership role . You will coach, close deals, train, fix broken processes, and build a repeatable sales engine that scales across locations. If you are not comfortable being on the floor daily, this role is not a fit.
