Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $18 - $25/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings on the website, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage online orders, from processing to shipping, ensuring timely and correct delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and sales events
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and optimize performance
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, returns, and shipping
• Ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipping and fulfillment processes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
