About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity awaits a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join our Early Years team in Kuwait. We are looking for an educator who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching based on the British EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity, and care to the classroom, and who is eager to inspire young learners in a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework

• Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young learners

• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and progress

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and early years staff

• Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues

• Participate in school events and continuous professional development

Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching license (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in Early Years (Reception or Nursery)
✅ Knowledge and understanding of the British EYFS curriculum
✅ Fluent English speaker
✅ Strong classroom management, observation, and communication skills
✅ Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Kuwait

Preferred:
✅ Experience in British or international schools
✅ Familiarity with phonics programmes such as Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
