What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Execute day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign set-up, testing, tagging, and deployment
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies for promotional and targeted campaigns
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely execution of email marketing projects and effective communication
- Establish and manage A/B testing processes to enhance email productivity and engagement
- Monitor deliverability and maintain compliance with CAN?SPAM regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices and performance metrics
- Experience in strategizing and implementing email campaigns
- Proficiency in commonly used email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00?am to 6:00?pm PST

- Agency experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for measuring marketing program performance
- Ability to write marketing copy while capturing brand voice
