Email Marketing Specialist - Freelance, Remote

- Non-profit Email Marketing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing
- Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email marketing regulations
- Expert knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and attention to details
- Email marketing certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email
- A/B testing and optimization expertise
- Basic HTML/CSS
- CRM platform experience
- Understanding of email deliverability principles
- Project management
- List management and segmentation expertise
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
