Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team onsite at our Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience supporting client campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.

• Support project teams by coordinating timelines, materials, and deliverables.

• Help prepare presentations, marketing materials, and reports for client meetings.

• Assist with event coordination, logistics, and vendor communication.

• Maintain organized documentation, reports, and project files.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles office (this is not a remote position).
