The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events from concept to completion. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and client engagements
Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals and expectations are met
Monitor event budgets and track expenses accurately
Ensure all event details are executed professionally and efficiently
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed reports
