About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its grassroots organization, which is dedicated to ensuring abortion access and advancing reproductive justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision and strategic direction, overseeing fund development, and serving as an institutional advocate and spokesperson. This pivotal role involves supporting the organization's shift to a paid staff and governing Board model, fostering a work culture rooted in core values, and leading the development and evaluation of the strategic plan. The Executive Director will also be expected to lead fundraising efforts, manage financial planning, and ensure the organization operates in compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.
