Job Title: Financial Manager

Location: Hastings, MN - Office

Industry: Construction - Exteriors

Degree Required: High School or Equivalent

Type: Full Time - In Person

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000/year

JOB SUMMARY

CCE is a small town, husband & wife owned business that is rapidly expanding our multi-family, HOA &

single family restoration work divisions. We specialize in retail and insurance claim based projects like

roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, and are doing over $15 million dollars of work annually, with

intentions of growing.

The Financial Manager role fills a crucial position at the company - this would be someone who is

sharp, detail oriented, can work in a fast pace environment where no two days are the same, loves a

good financial spreadsheet & adds a great attitude to our culture! The financial manager, while being

numbers focused, will wear multiple hats as you cross-collaborate with all our divisions - you’ll never

be bored!

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to manage time & task list independently

Detail Oriented & Organized

Fast learner, constantly looking to continue growing & learning

Ability to adapt to change, and a rotating seasonal job tasks

Quickbooks experience is a huge bonus!

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to be in the office in Hastings, MN (if relocating, occurring prior to job start)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations

Managing accounts receivable & accounts payable in Quickbooks & Dropbox

Keeping track of job costs, invoicing, financial reporting, materials and marketing

costs for MF & SF divisions, etc.

Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving

issues promptly

Office Operations

Support HR, payroll & internal office systems

Create systems & optimize current platforms being utilized in the office

Championing a professional, responsive, customer first vibe by greeting clients,

answering phone calls, etc.

Collaboration

Bringing ideas to the table in a team setting, where your voice is heard

Working directly owners, team leads & clients on a daily basis

Communicating with vendors, subcontractors & other professionals
