Our client is a family-owned company that has been a leader in the flooring industry for many years. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Flooring Sales/Estimators who are looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable company that values its employees.


Position Responsibilities:- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients- Provide accurate estimates for flooring projects- Develop and maintain relationships with customers- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget


Position Essential Job Functions:- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities- Prepare and present proposals to customers- Utilize industry knowledge to recommend flooring solutions- Meet sales targets and objectives


Position Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in flooring sales and estimating- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency with estimating software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Benefits:- Competitive salary of 85-110K- Full benefits package
