About the Role:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for safely operating a variety of forklifts, moving, sorting, and managing pet food products efficiently to keep our operations flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Assist with daily warehouse functions such as picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while following all operational and safety guidelines.

• Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

• Support overall warehouse operations by working independently and collaborating within a team environment.

• Physically lift and move heavy products as needed to support warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification .

• Recent hands-on experience (within the last year) operating:

  • Sit-down forklifts

  • Stand-up reach trucks

  • Cherry pickers

  • Electric pallet jacks

• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions.

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products as part of daily tasks.
