Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and Stowing: Efficiently unload shipments and organize inventory by placing items in their designated storage locations.
• Picking: Skillfully select products from shelves based on customer orders, using scanners to ensure precision in order fulfillment.
• Packing: Carefully assemble and package orders, making sure they are secure and appropriately labeled for shipping.
• Shipping: Load packages onto conveyor belts or into shipping containers to prepare them for timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of inventory and assist in resolving any discrepancies to maintain stock integrity.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of required safety equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Capability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 75 pounds
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving quality results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus but not mandatory
