GPS Test Engineer

You Have: \n - 3+ years of experience in GPS system testing and validation
\n - Knowledge of GPS standards, including IS-GPS-153 Rev D and E
\n - Knowledge of MIL-STD-6017A and Variable Message Format (VMF) messaging
\n - Ability to use GPS compliance test software
\n - Ability to work with a team
\n - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
\n - HS diploma or GED
\n
\n
Nice If You Have: \n - Experience supporting military or defense-related projects
\n - Experience with other navigation and positioning systems
\n - Knowledge of Mounted Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) System (MAPS) Generation (GEN) II (MAPS Gen II) or Mounted Assured Resilient Navigation (MARNAV) Block 1
\n - Knowledge of the MAPS Maintenance Application (MMA) software
\n - Knowledge of RF signal processing and simulation
\n - Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
