Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager at a Kids Gymnastics Gym!

Are you passionate about working with kids and helping them build confidence through sports? Do you have strong leadership skills and a love for creating a fun, safe, and positive environment? We want YOU to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our thriving gymnastics gym!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and assist in managing staff
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for both kids and families
• Assist with customer service, including addressing inquiries and scheduling
• Support coaches in class organization and ensuring effective instruction
• Maintain accurate records and help with administrative tasks
• Foster positive relationships with parents, kids, and staff
• Lead by example and motivate others to provide the best experience possible

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role (management, coaching, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with kids and promoting fitness and fun
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Gymnastics background (preferred but not required)
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
