In the Pacific Northwest, we are the biggest Great Clips franchisee! We take great satisfaction in offering one of the best effective wages available (base + comm + productivity + tips). Our average effective wage is between $30-$35/hr. A license in cosmetology or barbering is necessary.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
