Helpdesk Technician Location: Remote Duration: Long-term, open-ended contract Shift: Must be flexible with schedule, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Pay Rate: $15/hour Start Date: 12/1/2025 Training Schedule: unknown at this time Responsibilities Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to software and applications via phone and/or online support. High-volume, fast paced call center environment. PC software and application support experience needed. Requirements Must be flexible with schedule. Must be able to pass a technical screen; previous experience or education is required. Advanced written and verbal communication skills needed.
