We have dedicated our business to supporting small to medium-sized , privately held companies and non-profit organizations providing knowledge and expertise in accounting, auditing and tax planning, and compliance. The firm also assists with individual tax preparations, estate planning, business startups, and other general business consulting.

Elek & Noss CPA's has a need for an Individual Income Tax Preparer . This is a part-time or full-time position offering a flexible schedule with the desired candidate having at least 3 years experience in preparing individual income tax returns.

Office Location: Grafton, OH US 44044

Schedule: Flexible hybrid

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare individual tax returns, including state and local tax using Ultra Tax software
• Prepare tax return supporting schedules in Excel and Adobe

Requirements:

• Must have experience preparing individual income tax returns
• Tax preparation experience
• Prior experience with tax software, Ultra Tax software experience preferred
• Experience with preparing all support schedules for tax returns

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet stressful deadlines
• Ability to work well with others
• Flexibility to word additional hours as needed
• Ability to review tax returns is not required, but would increase compensation package

As a young firm, we are dedicated to long-term growth. In December of 2013, to support our continued development Elek & Noss moved their headquarters to a new, larger location in Grafton, OH. In July of 2014, Elek & Noss announced a merger with tax and accounting practice, Nancy J. Stanton CPA, Inc. providing an additional location in Rocky River, Ohio to better serve our client base.
