LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted national law firm client looking for a Legal Billing Manager. This role will focus on their E Billing department and managing this respective team. Daily role looks like managing / training the team, process improvement, E-Billing platform compliance and troubleshooting, and communicating with internal stakeholders. This role will be hybrid and can sit in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville.

Duties:
  • Oversee E-Billing Processes & Procedures
  • Handle Escalations and Discrepancies
  • Supervise, Train, and Develop E-Billing Team
  • Ensure Invoice Compliance
  • Troubleshoot Client E-Billing Platforms
  • Process Improvement
  • Financial Reporting
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Communication With Key Stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years' Experience in Professional Services Billing Environment Required
  • E-Billing Systems Experience Required
  • 5+ Years' Supervision Experience Required
  • Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance Preferred
