LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted national law firm client looking for a Legal Billing Manager. This role will focus on their E Billing department and managing this respective team. Daily role looks like managing / training the team, process improvement, E-Billing platform compliance and troubleshooting, and communicating with internal stakeholders. This role will be hybrid and can sit in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville.
Duties: - Oversee E-Billing Processes & Procedures
- Handle Escalations and Discrepancies
- Supervise, Train, and Develop E-Billing Team
- Ensure Invoice Compliance
- Troubleshoot Client E-Billing Platforms
- Process Improvement
- Financial Reporting
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Communication With Key Stakeholders
Qualifications: - 5+ Years' Experience in Professional Services Billing Environment Required
- E-Billing Systems Experience Required
- 5+ Years' Supervision Experience Required
- Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance Preferred
