Job Description

A private family of three - a couple and one child - in Miami is seeking a professional and experienced Live-In Housekeeper to provide full-time support in the daily upkeep and overall maintenance of their home. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.

• Full-time, 5 days per week/ 40 Hours
  (flexible schedule required, including weekends as needed)

• Daily and deep cleaning of all areas of the home to the highest standards
• Proper care and maintenance of fine furnishings, finishes, and appliances
• Laundry and garment care, including ironing and closet organization
• Maintaining household inventory and ensuring supplies are well stocked
• Receiving and organizing deliveries and packages
• Light cooking
• Assisting with errands and light household organization
• Maintaining a tidy, well-presented environment at all times

• Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience working in a private residence or similar high-end environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion
• Service-oriented with a professional and polished demeanor
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and able to provide verifiable references
• Open to out-of-state candidates - relocation assistance may be available (e.g., travel or flight expense as an added incentive)

• $72,800 per year
