WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Cath Lab Technician for a contract assignment at Prestigious Outpatient Center in Clearwater, FL.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 4x10: 7am-5pm.
\n
• Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report; Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results.
\n
• Use sterile techniques, set up, maintain the appropriate instrument, and supply table for various procedures performed in the Cath Lab and Hybrid OR.
\n
• Prepare the patient for and monitor patient during and after Cath lab procedures.
\n
• Assist the physicians in Cath Lab and Hybrid OR procedures, including assisting with injections.
\n
• Collect, record, and analyze complex physiological and lab data.
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience is required.
\n
• An associate degree or higher in a clinical or scientific field and clinical registration or licensure as one of: RCIS, RN, RRT, RT or licensed Paramedic.
\n
• Current BLS & ACLS Certification.
\n
• Certifications for Florida State obtained and in compliance.
\n
• Experience using Philips imaging and hemo-dynamic system preferred.
\n
