Purpose: This position provides overall direction and management for all activities related to administration including but not limited to contract management, AR/AP billing, fleet titling and registration, and project management.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

·         Manage customer rental/lease/sales billing process ensuring accuracy and efficiency which includes:

o   Monthly and weekly customer billings

o   Billing for sale of fleet assets

o   Delivery of titles for fleet sales

o   Contract administration

 

·         Responsible for ensuring a productive office work environment. 

·         Strive to improve efficiency and reduce costs in those areas of responsibility.

·         Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with multiple internal departments.

·         Maintain a qualified staff, communicate areas of accountability and performance expected, determine standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned, ensure proper training of personnel assigned, and foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity.  

·         Project Management – as needed.

 

 

Education: College degree and three (3) to five (5) years supervisory experience. 

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

 

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Well organized and self-directed.

·         Strong negotiation skills.

·         Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·         Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills.

·         Proficiency in the use of Microsoft's Office suite of products and the internet.

 

 

Physical Demands Work Environment:

·         Frequently required to sit and use hands/fingers to handle, feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. Occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with arms and hands.

·         Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

·         Typical office work environment, which is usually quiet. Required to operate a personal computer, photocopy machine, facsimile machine, calculator, telephone, etc.

·         Overtime as needed due to workload.
