The Package:

• $150K-$200K\n base salary (experience-based)
\n
• Up to\n $100K sign-on bonus

Your Role: More Than Management

You'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring\n gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and\n protocols

• Partnering\n with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
\n
• Supporting\n your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
