In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.**Responsibilities:*** Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction.* Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits.* Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.* Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers.* Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.* Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.**Qualifications:*** At least one year in a customer service role.* Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.* Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner.* Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.* Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.* Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.**WHO WE ARE**For nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health.
