Job Summary
Looking for bilingual team members for a new project! Join our team and be part of our awesome work environment and team culture. If you are a dedicated, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and fully bilingual person, this flextime , work from home, phone position is great for you! Training and equipment will be provided. We have shifts available all day and can be as short as 2 hours. All size shifts available all day ; 24hrs. Full-time and part-time college students are also welcome. Please note: interviews and 3-4 day training will take place at our Isabela office, once training is complete work will be remote.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle inbound phone calls. No selling involved.
Friendly and professional phone demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills
Passion for languages ; willingness to learn new skills.
Fully bilingual with clear pronunciation in both English and Spanish.
Detail-oriented. Responsible and Respectful.
Quiet place to take calls with Wifi on a computer (computer and headset will be provided).
