RED BULL BEVERAGE SALES & DELIVERY, PINEVILLE

Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 Annually

Are you a high-energy, physically fit individual with a passion for sales and the Red Bull brand?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to lift and deliver 200-300 cases of product per day.

What You'll Do:

• Physical Distribution: Deliver Red Bull products to retail stores within your assigned territory using a company vehicle (box truck).
• Merchandising: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility on store shelves.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and loyalty.
• Sales Execution: Implement promotional activities, sales initiatives, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets.

• Compensation & Benefits:

* Route-based Base Pay + High-Commission Structure: Roughly $44,000 total

* Lucrative Incentives: Achieve targets and overlay incentives for increased earnings.

* Projected Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $60,000

* Average Annual Earnings for First Year: $50,000 - $55,000

You will be assigned someone to work with you one-on-one for in-the-field training while also having foundational materials at your fingertips with an app, a supportive Training Manager who will ensure a successful training, and your manager who will be checking in on you as well all while receiving pay during training.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Start each morning at 5 am obtaining your truck and verifying the load.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers in your sales territory.
• Promotions & Sales Directives – execute promotional activity and execute Sales Directives set forth on monthly goal planners and sales meetings.
• Drive a company vehicle (size of a box truck) and serve customers on a designated route.
• Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
• Secure high value retail space for Red Bull products.
• Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability
• Merchandise product within your accounts, and make sure we look premium.
• Communicate with your team lead and track your goals. Work towards your achievements!
• Ensure product availability with your customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager
• Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Basic accounting and math skills
• Customer Service Experience, at least 1 year. Work with DSD preferred
• Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills
• DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.)
• High school diploma or GED required
