*Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Growth-Focused, Modern Practice*

*Location:* Danville, California

*Schedule:* Full-time, Monday-Friday

*Compensation:* Competitive hourly rate of $32-$35 (based on experience) + performance reviews and growth incentives

*What Youll Do*

* Assist chairside for restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures (*surgical chairside experience is a plus!)*
* Place and remove *Invisalign attachments* accurately and comfortably
* Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos (target retake rate under 5%)
* Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient, organized treatment flow
* Educate patients about recommended care with confidence and compassion
* Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and ready
* Support inventory management and sterilization protocols
* Participate in calibration meetings and ongoing training to refine systems and clinical consistency
* Demonstrate *leadership potential* by helping teammates grow and maintaining a calm, professional presence

*Who You Are*

* *Licensed RDA* with current CPR certification
* Excellent communicator with strong patient connection skills
* Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, you dont wait to be told twice
* Confident with technology (Dentrix, iTero, or equivalent)
* Passionate about learning, growing, and helping others succeed
* Positive, solution-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards
