Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience.
License: Must have a valid state license in hand. Compact state licenses accepted.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required.


Must-Have: Epic experience required.
References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission.
Candidates must work at least every other holiday.


Description:
All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable.
A minimum of 18 months of permanent Emergency Department experience is required prior to travel.
Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.
The ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation.
An acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Candidates will receive a maximum of two attempts to pass, otherwise, the submission will be canceled.
Background checks will be reviewed, and candidates with an open case will not be accepted.
The facility does not accept candidates with any license-related issues.
All other travelers must be nicotine-free; a negative drug screen is required within 12 months of the start date and must be updated annually.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date.
Modules will be completed pre-start and annually, varying by specialty.
Modules will be recorded via the system in use.
