Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory setting, you will provide essential clinical direction under the guidance of physicians and advanced practice providers. Your expertise in evidence-based practices will ensure high-quality patient care, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care according to established policies and protocols, tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Utilize your skills in ambulatory care nursing to enhance patient wellness and address health-related issues effectively.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans using current nursing knowledge and practices.
Administer medications and treatments as per approved nursing protocols and handle patient documentation meticulously.
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and safety concerns.
Educate patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their health management.
Create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
Actively participate in department meetings and maintain your professional development through continuing education.
Adhere to all compliance and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and caring environment.
Be a role model and mentor for team members while engaging in shared governance activities.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the clinic’s mission.
Job Requirements
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; BSN is preferred.
Experience: No prior experience is necessary.
Licensure: Must hold a current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN or a valid RN license in the state where you will be working.
