Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate care in a dynamic ambulatory pediatric setting. You will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate healthcare services while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Utilize your nursing expertise to promote wellness and address patient needs through individualized care plans.
Assess patients and integrate evidence-based practices in care planning.
Administer medications and treatments safely, following approved nursing protocols.
Document patient care diligently, coordinating all aspects from assessment to education.
Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members based on patient needs and team competencies.
Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and concerns.
Educate patients and their families to empower them in post-visit care tasks.
Provide a supportive and therapeutic environment for both patients and families.
Mentor and support other team members while contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Participate in departmental meetings and complete necessary training.
Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a safe work environment.
Engage in your professional development and continuing education.
Potentially serve as a preceptor or champion on the unit.
Adhere to all organizational policies and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
Experience: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
Licensure
Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN or a valid RN license in the practicing state is required.
