Required:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
1+ year of RN experience
Active RN license in Illinois (IL)
Valid certifications (any of the following):
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Willingness to travel locally for home health visits
Preferred:
RN License number (please provide)
Home Health experience
Home Health, Med/Surg, Critical Care, or similar relevant RN experience
Confidence working independently and managing time effectively
Strong interpersonal skills for educating patients and families
Schedule : Monday–Friday
Flexible Hours : No long shifts, minimal weekend rotations
Onboarding : 6-week comprehensive training program
Territory Focus : North Chicago, above North Avenue
Travel : Reimbursement provided
Bonuses :
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly over 1 year)
$1,000 Quarterly Outcome-Based Bonus
Pay-Per-Visit Model : $42–$52 per visit
Guaranteed Stipend : $3,000 per pay period during a 6-month orientation period
