As the public face of the dealership, our Sales Associates are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will answer questions, guide customers through their buying journey, and continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and dealership policies.

Handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism is essential. We don't just sell cars-we build long-term relationships.

• Greet customers, respond to questions, and deliver exceptional customer service

• Increase engagement with merchandise on the showroom floor

• Operate cash registers, handle financial transactions, and balance cash drawers

• Direct customers to vehicles, accessories, and relevant product information

• Achieve established sales and performance goals

• Maintain superior product knowledge

• Keep the showroom and lot clean, organized, and well-presented

• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers

• Cross-sell products to increase purchase value

• High school diploma or Associate's degree

• Retail or sales experience preferred

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
