Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with our internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for building custom Salesforce applications, integrations with other systems, and optimizing the platform for maximum efficiency. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and process builder flows.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and third-party integration tools.
Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support user acceptance testing.
Perform code reviews, debug and troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration (e.g., Custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Process Builder).
Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, Data Loader, MuleSoft).
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator).
Experience with Salesforce communities, Einstein Analytics, and CPQ.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end web development frameworks.
