Seasonal Operations Associate - Whittwood Shpg Cntr Do you like working with your hands and staying active? Do the words "order" and "process" get you excited? If you enjoy making things happen behind the scenes and seeing your work flourish in a store, a Seasonal Operations Associate might be the position for you! This early‑morning role requires you to perform operations functions within the store before opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, with the possibility of an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability. Primary Responsibilities Customer service – You provide friendly, fast assistance to customers throughout the store. Pricing and ticketing – You change ticket prices and signs on merchandise accurately and quickly. Replenishment – You assist floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to keep all styles and sizes available. Receiving and unloading – You work with coworkers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom. Backroom standards – You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized. Online pick‑up – You may be responsible for finding and fulfilling orders placed online. Merchandise strategy – You execute leadership plans for merchandise placement efficiently and with detail. Learning environment – You absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
