Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter

Hands-on experience with VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion

Knowledge of virtual networking (vSwitch, Distributed Switch)

Experience with storage technologies (iSCSI, FC, NFS)

Familiarity with backup and DR tools (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)

Understanding of Windows and Linux server environments

Experience in troubleshooting performance and availability issues

Knowledge of scripting (PowerCLI, Bash, or Python) is a plus
