Signature Kitchen and Bath seeks a reliable, full-time Sales Assistant/Showroom Attendant for our Rock Hill location!
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for our clients
- Answering & direction incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors and assisting accordingly
- Managing appointment calendar and incoming leads for our designers
- Assisting Designers as needed with change orders and quoting
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- General showroom maintenance
- Entering and maintaining statistics
- Keeping samples and product literature updated
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
The ideal candidate will:
- Be punctual and reliable
- Present themselves in a professional manner
- Possess exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail
- Have working knowledge of technology (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
- Have a positive outlook and be able to collaborate in a team atmosphere
