The individual must possess the ability to clinically assess, diagnose and treat emotional mental health issues. Must be proficient with DSM codes and be able to bill for clinical services rendered. This LCSW position will assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.
QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work. One year of current experience in a clinic, hospital, medical setting, or healthcare field preferred. Must have knowledge of adjustment to medical diagnosis and chronic disease. Strong communication skills are needed to interact with patients, family members/ care givers, providers and allied health staff. Must have psychosocial diagnostic skills and ability to coordinate transition of care.
Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Service Examiners; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail $72,280 - $108,388 / year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
